Computerised CBT (cCBT)
Beating the
Blues is now available on 'prescription' from your GP. You can complete
the 8 sessions (1 hour each week) online in your own home, or using a computer
at the Castel Hospital. Ask your GP if you believe you will benefit from

Group: Introduction to
CBT for Depression / Anxiety
Also available
via your GP - ask your doctor for details. The group will be held at the
new Mind Centre, comprising 7 sessions of 90 minutes - 6 weekly sessions, and a
follow-up session one month later.
